Apple Bundt Cake

Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera semua Ok, hari ni saya nak kongsikan bersama resepi kek epal yg sangat mudah dan semestinya sedap. Saya mmng suka kek epal yg di letak serbuk kayu manis. Masa bakar kek, fuhhhh...harum semerbak je baunya. Bila makan, lagilahhhhh betambah2 sedapnya. Pada penggemar cinnamon powder mmng sukalah kek mcm ni, pada yg tak suka tu...apa kata anda cuba rasa sedikit, manalah tahu kot2 terus jatuh cinta dngn kek2 mcm ni. Kali ni saya cuba resepi dari Allrecipes.com.Banyak resepi2 yg menarik kat blognya. Kawan2 bolehlah singgah di sana...disana...disana.....




Ingredients
  • 2 cups apples - peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white sugar (Yatie guna 1 cwn gula halus dan 1/2 cwn brown sugar)
  • 1 cup vegetable oil- boleh juga guna butter cair
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts-Yatie tak letak


  • 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt or tube pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the diced apples, 1 tablespoon white sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; set aside.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine 2 cups white sugar, oil, orange juice, vanilla and eggs.
  6. Beat at high speed until smooth. Stir in flour mixture.
  7. Fold in chopped walnuts. Pour 1/3 of the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the apple mixture.
  8. Alternate layers of batter and filling, ending with batter.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly touched.
  10. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

  4. Assalamualaikum.....mmmm harum bau cinnamon tu ek. Suke saye....tp klu buat org lain xmo mkn....saya sorang jer huhuhu. Saya suka lagi apple pie or apple crumble....yg ni diorg mkn gak la hehehe.

  10. Salam Yatie...memang sehari dua ni mencari resepi kek yang menggunakan epal hijau sebab dah 2 minggu epal tak habis habis..la ni kek tengah bakar dalam oven..fuhhhh bau cinamonnya semerbak..
