Tuang adunan tepung dan adunan keledek ungu secara berselang seli sehingga habis.Kukus setiap lapisan selama 5 minit Tiga lapis putih dan tiga lapis ungu. Lapisan di bawah putih dan lapisan yang paling atas, ungu. Kukus bahagian lapisan terakhir selama 15 minit.</div>

Walaupun dah berlalu lama hari ulangtahun kelahiran Hamka ke 10 thn pd 10 dec, tapi ianya masih segar di ingatan. Maklumlah kali ni ianya di sambut sederhana tapi meriah. Kali ni mama dah kotakan janji pd Hamka. Bila dia dah berkhatan, barulah mama tempahkan kek idamannya tu. Sblm ni mmng buat sendiri je kek, tapi biasalah kek biasa2 je, tapi itu pun dah cukup menggembirakan anak2.<br />

Sblm ni anak sedara saya buat majlis harijadi. Cantik kek yg ditempah, tetiba Hamka berbisik di telinga mama, Hamka tak pernah dpt kek cantik mcm ni, Hamka teringin sangat nak kek mcm ni. Boleh tak sesekali nnti mama belikan kek cantik mcm ni....teringinnnn sangattttt.<br />
Alahaiiiii anak, ibu manalah tak cair bila dngr ank ckp mcm ni kannn. Lagipun bknnya selalu pun, apalah salahnya kita tunaikan permintaannya.<br />

Begitulah ceritanya tentang kek harijadi Hamka ni. Kek Spiderman yg sangatt cantik dan sedap. Terima kasih Leen Hussein kerna memenuhi permintaan Hamka. Hamka suka sngt, sayang nak mkn katanya....<br />

Kali ni kami sekeluarga pulang kekampung utk kenduri doa selamat buat Hamka.Selain kek tempahan, saya buat pulut kuning dan rendang ayam, spaghetti bolognese, puding tauhu dan kuih muih. Terima kasih pd K. Iza sudi masakan nasi ayam yg sangat sedap. Pizza hut tu beli je. Walaupun majlis sederhana tapi cukup meriah dan bermakna bagi kami sekeluarga, lebih2 lagi bagi Hamka. Lebih indah dan bermakna bila dpt berkumpul bersama keluarga tersayang dan menjamu selera bersama. Alhamdulillah....Syukur.<br />

Lama dah pujuk Hamka berkhatan, tahun demi tahun. Akhirnya thn ni barulah timbul keberanian dlm dirinya. Sebenarnya sblm ni mama sendiri pun tak berani, terasa mcm Hamka tu kecik je lagi. Almaklumlah anak bongsu, manja tu mmng manjalah. Sampaikan sblm ni bila sebut berkhatan je, Hamka seboleh2 tak mahu sbb nnti dia tak dpt bermanja2 lagi dngn mama. Mama pun pujuk Hamka, kalau Hamka dah berkhatan, lagi bnyk Hamka boleh manja2 dngn mama. Dia pun sukalah...Akhirnya berkhatan juga.<br />
Kebetulan ramai kwn2nya dah berkhatan, jadi timbul keberanian dlm dirinya. Mama pun dah janji nak tempah kek special di hari jadinya pd 10 dec. Masa tu mesti dan sedang elok baiknya. Hamka pun teruja dngn janji2 mama.<br />
<br />
Pada 1 dec pkl 2 ptng Hamka di khatankan. Masa masuk klinik tu ok lagi senyum je, bila dah baring atas katil nak di bius tu, sejuk segala tangan dan kakinya. Mama dah mula cuaklah juga. Takut2 Hamka cabut lari. Alhamdulillah, Hamka ok je,sepanjang tu dia sebut Allah...Allah saja. Bila sakit dia sebut lagi dan lagi. Mama pun ceritalah bagi semangat padanya. Sepanjang mula berkhatan sampai selesai mmng mamalah menemaninya. Mama sendiri pun ngeri sebenarnya, tapi demi bagi semangat pd anak, mama beranikan diri jugalah.<br />
<br />
Sehinggalah bila tiba rumah hari demi hari mama menjaganya. Alhamdulillah, Hamka tak banyak karenah. Dia begitu patuh pd pantang larang. Bila bab mkn minum pun mcm tu, bnyk mkn bubur nasi je.Mama mmng pesan, kalau ikut arahan berpantang, pasti cepat sembuh. Syukurlah sepanjang berpantang tu dia ok. Kini, alhamdulillah Hamka dah baik sepenuhnya.<br />

Itulah kenangan manis sepanjang menjaga anak berkhatan.<br />

Masukkan semua bahan ke dalam loyang berukuran 7 X 7 inci (atau 6 X 6-
bingka agak tebal. Gaul rata hingga gula hancur dan santan sekata.
Ratakan.</li>
<li>Masukkan loyang ke dalam ketuhar dan letakkan di rak paling bawah.
Bakar bengkang/bingka selama 1 jam - 1 1/2 jam atau hingga bahagian atas
bengkang/bingka keperangan. Setelah masak, keluarkan dan lebih kurang 3-5 jam
sebelum dipotong dan dihidang.</li>

<li>4 cawan ubi kayu siap diparut - tak boleh bagi sukatan ubi kayu dalam kg sebab ubi kayu ni kadangkala ada yang keras dan tak boleh diparut. Susut isinya pulak. Jadi yang tepat, sukat setelah diparut(sy xparut sb xde pemarut, blend sikit2, tapis air n gnakan air yg sma utk blend seterusnya)</li>

Tips Kak An: Kak An kata ramai yang tanya kenapa bengkang Kak An lembut dan lemak manis, Kak An kata kalau nak macam tu juga, ikut resepi ni, jangan tambah atau kurangkan. Banyak resepi kuih berasaskan ubi kayu yang Kak An baca dalam majalah atau blog mempunyai arahan berbeza dalam penyediaannya. Contohnya ada yang dicampur air, ditapis dan buang hampasnya, ambil sagunya sahaja dan kemudian dicampur tepung... <br /><br />Bagi Kak An mudah sahaja; ubi kayu yang siap diparut tu, terus dicampur santan, gula, garam dan masuk loyang terus. <li>Tuang santan yg dah dah digaul dengan garam.</li>
<li>Kukus selama 30 minit.</li>
<li>Sementara tu, kita siapkan bahan2 utk lapisan atas.</li>

<li>Tauhu dipotong 3 segi dan goreng sampai masak. </li>
<li>Sementara tu, hiriskan sengkuang, carrot dan timun. Celurkan taugeh sekejap je dan toskan.</li>

<li> gula secukup rasa (2 sudu besar)</li>
<li>1 biji jus limau kasturi </li>

<li>Panaskan minyak dalam periuk,tumiskan rempah 4 sekawan (kayu manis, lawang, cengkih & pelaga) dan masukkan bahan kisar. </li>
<li>Kacau hingga naik bau. Masukkan rempah kurma dan tumis lagi.</li>
<li>Kemudian masukkan sedikit air dan kacau rata</li>
<li>Perlahankan api dan masak hingga pecah minyak.</li>
<li>Masukkan telor dan masak hingga mendidih. </li>
<li>Masukkan santan,kemudian masukkan asam keping, bawang besar yg di belah 6, cili, gula dan garam. </li>
<li>Masak hingga naik minyak dan kuah agak pekat. Tutup api dan siap bolehlah dihidangkan.</li>

Masukkan tepung yang diayak sedikit demi sedikit hingga habis. Tambah parutan keju dan putar rata. Akhir sekali tuang minyak jagung, gaul rata dengan spatula. </li>

Inti kuih tu ikut selera masing2 ya, ada yg suka inti kelapa, kcng hijau ataupun kacang merah. Saya lebih suka inti kacang merah, lagipun nak cepat..guna inti yg dah siap je. Maklumlah nak makan kuih sedap, tapi ada kemalasan sikit...hi3.. Kuih ni mmng sedap bila di campur kentang ataupun keledek rebus yg di lecek. Jadi kuih taklah liat, sedang elok je kelembutannya. Kemudian bila dah selesai, angkat telur tu danletak dlm tapis utk membuang minyak berlebihan. Boleh juga guna kitchen towel. Bila dah sejuk bolehlah di lerai2kan dan satukan bersama udang tadi.</li>

Lama tak bersiaran, bukannya tak masak....tiap2 hari masak dan menu pun kerap yg sama je. Kalau nak kongsikan kat blog ni takut ada yg boring plk sbb menu sama je. Tak kisahlah kan, ni blog sempoi....jadi tak kisahlah tuan rumah nak letak apa2 menu yg di masak sendiri. Kali ni saya masak ikan kerisi tumis asam kegemaran kami sekeluarga. Resepi mcm ni paling senang, cuma potong2 je dan tumis...tambahkan garam dan gula dan perasakan. Bila dah siap bolehlah di hidangkan bersama nasi panas2....mudah je kan. Kalau nak tambah potongan buah tomato pun boleh. Oklah kita semak resepi mudah ni, boleh juga adik2 di luar sana cuba resepi mudah dan semestinya sedap ni.<br />

Lama tak bersiaran, bukannya apa tau....cuma sedikit malas nak ngadap lappy ni. Bila tngk lappy lama sikit je pening kepala. So jalan terbaik rehatkan diri dan mata...hi3. Alhamdulillah arini ok sikit, jadi dapatlah kongsikan gambar dan resepi mudah buat tatapan pengunjung blog saya ni. Kali ni saya merajinkan diri buat <b><a href="http://yatiememories.blogspot.com/2014/01/kerepek-china-arrowhead-ngarku.html"><span style="color: #cc0000;">kerepek ngarku</span></a></b>. Mulanya malas tau nak buat kerepek ni sbb malas nak kopek dan sagat buah ngarku / arrowhead yg comel2 ni.<br />

Kebetulan anak2 teringin plk nak makan, jadi tak sampai hati nak bermalasan nak buat. Lagipun saya pun suka kerepek ni, dahlah setahun sekali je jumpanya. Jadi saya gigihkan diri menyagat buah comel ni. Bila dah siap tu, kejap je habis sebalang. Tapi takpe, kali ni mmng awal2 beli bnyk dan biar family puas makan. Kalau beli yg dah siap goreng tu mahallah juga, dah tu tak puas makan.<br />
Resepi ni mudah je,caranya sama mcm kita buat kerepek pisang dan kerepek ubi tu. Terpulang pd kwn2 nak letak perisa apa, tapi pd saya makan mcm tu je pun dah sedap. Jomlah kita wat kerepek setahun sekali ni, masa raya cina je ada buah ni..<br />

Kejap je masa berlalu, tau2 dah bulan februari 2015. Hari ni nak kongsikan resepi asam susu yg tngh meletop2 kat fb, ramai kwn2 dah mencubanya. Saya pula takmo ketinggalan utk mencuba dan merasa kesedapan apam susu ni. Rasanya lebih kepada kek yg di kukus. Pada kwn2 yg teringin nak merasa tu, bolehlah cuba resepi ni, mmng sedap.
